The Agroindor C.A. project, is a commercial space project designed in order to meet the growing demand for agricultural and maintenance products. It is located in 124, San Felix, Bolivar State, Venezuela. The structure is composed of two (2) stories (ground and first floor). Bathrooms and vertical circulation module will use forced ventilation . This place has four (4) parking spaces in the front and one (1) parking stall in the back. Generating a construction area with five five hundred thirty four square meters (505,34m²).
