GERMANIA TOWER

This project seeks to meet the needs of the community by promoting development in the field of health. Germania tower has four (4) floors, two (2) of which are intended for use in medical offices, one (1) for business purposes and the other for parking. It is located at Av. Bolivar and Roraima Street, opposite the University Clinical Center East in Ciudad Bolivar, Bolivar State. The particular characteristics of the plot correspond to a relatively uniform topography and has a construction area of three thousand three hundred sixty-five sixty-five square meters (3365.65 m²).
