Los Rios Yara Yara residences , is a set of buildings meant to solve the great demand and need that requires Ciudad Guayana to have new homes that house comfortable, quiet spaces and optimal conditions, while complying with the rules and standards of design and operation for residential buildings. It is located in the Unare Parish, Puerto Ordaz, Caroni municipality, Ciudad Guayana, Bolivar State. This project consists of two phases, with a total of fifty (50) buildings of five (5) stories each, generating six hundred (600) apartments and two hundred (200) duplex giving an area of eighty-eight thousand and twenty-six forty building square meters (88026.40 sqm). These buildings are located harmoniously in each stage, forming new housing options with innovative design concepts.
