The project involves the expansion and construction of a family recreation area patio within the house, following the requirements set forth by the customer in the specialty of architecture. The family is provided with optimum space that meets integrally with entertainment and recreation activities. A wide and aesthetic organic design , covered with low rise, green ornamental bushes , a service area and a living area along with the pool area, which will be a two (2) story structure where the top level will serve as a jacuzzi connected to the lower level, which will have little depth for the enjoyment of children and youth. It has a construction area of one hundred eleven eighty nine square meters (111.89 m).
