GRANADA SUITES RESIDENCES

The Granada Suites Residences project is located in Villa Granada urbanization, Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar State. The building consists of two (2) seven (7) story towers attached, plus the penthouse. The buildings are connected by a vertical circulation core containing a lift and vented to the rear facade using metal tubes as closing elements. The building design allows concave shaped visual depth effects. This project has a construction area of five thousand six hundred eighty-eight square meters (5,688 sqm).
