The Residential/Commercial Campo Florido complex is located in the El Pensil of Puerto La Cruz, Anzoategui, Venezuela. The implementation of the building is governed by the morphology of the land which takes advantage of a corner that offers different views and approaches. The design of the building is composed of two (2) apart-hotel towers, which borders a commercial building that will complement the use and enjoyment of the whole. The towers have a basement, ground floor, three (3) parking spaces, nine (9) standard floors and an area of Penthouse for exclusive use of the client, giving a construction area of the entire complex of eighteen thousand seven hundred thirty-two ninety square meters (18732.90 m).
